We're here to help
notadate is built by a small team, and a real person reads every message that comes in. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you just want to share some feedback, send us a note. We read everything and reply as quickly as we can.
The best way to reach us is email: hello@notadate.app. Tell us what's going on — the more detail you can share, the faster we can help.

Quick answers
I can't sign in.
First, double-check you're using the same email you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it. Still stuck? Email us and we'll get you back in.
My verification email didn't arrive.
Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder — it comes from noreply@notadate.app. You can request a new one from the verification screen. If it still doesn't show up, let us know and we'll sort it out.
How do I block or report someone?
Open the person's profile or your conversation with them, open the menu, and choose Block or Report. Blocking takes effect right away, and they won't be able to reach you. Reports go straight to our team, and we review every one.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourself, right in the app. Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm with your password and your account is deleted immediately — you don't need to contact us, and there's nothing to wait for.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Your profile, your photo, and your activities are erased. Messages you already sent stay visible to the people you were talking with, shown as coming from a deleted account, and we then permanently purge those messages within 60 days. We keep safety records about any reports or blocks involving your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — you cancel that in your store account settings.
One exception to the 60 days: if someone filed a safety report that names one of your conversations and that report is still open, we hold those messages until it's closed, so that deleting an account can't destroy the evidence in a live case. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
